НАЦИОНАЛИСТИЧЕСКОЕ ДВИЖЕНИЕ В ТУРЦИИ В УСЛОВИЯХ СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ МНОГОПАРТИЙНОГО ПАРЛАМЕНТА: ПАРТИЯ НАЦИОНАЛИСТИЧЕСКОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ ОТ ОППОЗИЦИОННОЙ СИЛЫ К ПРАВЯЩЕЙ КОАЛИЦИИ.

Статья направлена на обобщение и анализ материалов по исследованию Турецкой внутренней политики. Турция стала формировать свою политическую систему с начала ХХ века и с самого первого периода развития государства националистическая идеология стала играть важную политическую роль в жизни страны. Национализм в Турции стал формироваться как особая, государственная идеология. По мере роста экономического благосостояния страны, укрепления ее внешнеполитических позиций как региональной державы, возрастало влияние и националистических идей.

The main directions of NATO interaction with the states of Central Asia in the XXI century

The article examines NATO’s interaction with Central Asian states in bilateral and multilateral formats over the past 20 years. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the Afghan factor in the relations of the parties. The author concludes that for several decades NATO has purposely tried to strengthen its geopolitical position in Central Asia in order to reduce Russia’s influence on regional security processes. 

The influence of internal processes on the formation of Moldova’s foreign policy in the first years of independence

The article examines the main internal political processes in Moldova at the time of the collapse of the USSR and the republic’s independence. The author highlights the features of the formation of the Moldovan statehood and their influence on the formation of the foreign policy course of the young state. The researcher analyzes the process of Moldova’s inclusion in the system of international relations and joining the main international institutions.

The “Shiite issue” in Iraqi-Iranian relations under Saddam Hussein

The article analyzes the views of Saddam Hussein, based on his statements regarding the “Shiite question”, which was originally based on the ideological heritage of the Ba’th, set out in the Constitution of 1951. However, under the influence of the processes that took place in Iraq throughout the 1970s, in particular the Kurdish national movement and the “Islamic awakening” of Shiites under the influence of the Iranian Revolution of 1979, Saddam Hussein was forced to adjust the ideas of the Ba’th to new realities.

Jeffrey Sachs and American Aid to Post-Soviet Russia: the Case of «Different Anatomy»

The article is devoted to the study of the role played by wellknown economist Jaffrey Sachs in the process of realization of the Russian reforms that was carried out under control of the American administration during the nineties (XX c.). Besides, Sachs’ economic views and his interpretation of the Russian reforms failure are also analyzed.

The conflicting nature of TNCs (in the context of their impact on host country)

The article focuses on researching contradictory character of transnational corporation’s activity (TNC), as one of the more powerful subjects of international economy. In terms of inspecting extremely opposite sentences of native and beyond the frontier researchers concerning to exposing positive and negative moments transnational corporation’s activity, author gives objective and complicated estimation to the grade of TNC’s influence on receiving countries.

Rushchuksky group in Russian-Turkish war 1877–1878 (on memoirs of general A.I. Kosicha)

In article memoirs of general A.I. Kosicha of the chief of a staff of 12th army case entering into Rushchuksky group are considered. Sights of the memoirist at the reasons and a course of RussianTurkish war understand 1877–1878 shortcomings of Russian army and as the description of mobilisation expansion, the economic maintenance of group is given are exposed. As parallels in history between Russia and Balkan States are spent.

Forming of the Electoral System to the European Parliament (1957–1979)

The article discusses the process of the electoral system’s evolution to the European Parliament. The result of this process was the introducing of direct universal suffrage to the European Parliament. This new mechanism became the guarantee of the Parliament’s making into the real democratic institution that favoured the consolidation of European integration’s tendencies.

Margaret Thatcher’s Speech at Bruges

The article describes the Address given by Margaret Thatcher (Bruges, 20 September 1988). Particular attention is paid to principles of Prime Minister’s strategy, which are pursuing the priority of national interests in the integration processes.

The Progressive Block and the Russian Foreign Policy in August 1915 – February 1917

The position of the Progressive Block leaders in the most important questions of the Russian foreign policy in August 1915–February 1917 is examined. The author analyzes foreign policy priorities of the main political parties, the reasons of the conflict of the Duma opposition and autocracy, and carries out the research of the Russian parliament influence on the country’s foreign policy.
