The “Rogue State” Concept As The Project Of a Structural Change In The International Relations System

Abstract: 

The article examines the history of the “rogue state” concept, its strong and weak points in terms of practical application; analyses the content in the view of major theoretical schools; concludes the possibility of the concept’s modification in the future and its impact on the structure of international relations.
