The article describes the Address given by Margaret Thatcher (Bruges, 20 September 1988). Particular attention is paid to principles of Prime Minister’s strategy, which are pursuing the priority of national interests in the integration processes.
The article deals with the peculiarities of the development of the Montenegrin state-building and Montenegro’s prospects for the European integration after the referendum in 2006.
