This article focuses on the conception of national security of Russian Federation in the context of forming Russian innovative society. The author studies knowledge of Russian political elite about character and main components of innovative regeneration of the country, the talk of state is identified. The problems of making new civilization level in Russia are also studied.

The article examines the problems and prospects of post-Soviet integration on the example of trade and economic relations between Armenia and Russia. The reasons for Armenia’s accession to the EAEU and at the same time the signing of the Comprehensive and Expanded Partnership Agreement with the EU, which is considered a simplified version of the Association Agreement are analyzed.

This article describes a creation the image of "the hero-terrorist" from the members of the Socialist Revolutionary party in litigation in 1905. The analysis of the influence of this image to the Russian culture. The author concludes that the historical doom of political terror and its groundlessness as a means of solving political problems.
